APPLICABLE FEES

Invert Your World charges a freeze fee of $30 per month at the start of each applicable month of your freeze.

HOW LONG CAN I FREEZE MY ACCOUNT?

An account freeze can take place for up to 3 months at a time and may be applied once per calendar year.

RETROACTIVE FREEZES

A retroactive freeze cannot be honored. Please contact the studio by email for more details or to request a freeze.

60-DAY CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF SERVICE POLICY

We value your support, commitment as well as any feedback that will help us better the member experience here at IYW studios. Please stop by the front desk or email us to discuss your cancellation request.

Any request for cancellation received later than the 14th of each month will be processed for the following month.

For duplicate memberships, please contact the studio by email for a refund/return. Refunds or returns on duplicate accounts are able to be processed for 90 days after which point funds may turn into studio credits in the equivalent amount of drop in class rates.

CLASS CARDS AND AUTO-RENEW MEMBERSHIPS
Please note that all class cards and auto-renew memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. All class cards have an expiration of one year. If class cards are bought on sale the expiration will vary and may be shorter than one year from the purchase date.
