Invert Your World Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, activating, renewing, or continuing an Invert Your World Yoga, Pilates, Fitness & Wellness Community membership (“Membership”), the Member acknowledges and agrees to the following Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all Memberships unless otherwise stated in a specific written Membership agreement or promotional offer.

1. Membership Agreement & Recurring Billing

Memberships are recurring agreements and will automatically renew according to the billing frequency and terms associated with the Member’s selected Membership unless properly canceled in accordance with these Terms.

By enrolling in a Membership, the Member authorizes Invert Your World (“IYW,” “we,” “us,” or “the Studio”) to charge the payment method on file for applicable Membership dues, fees, late-cancellation charges, returned-payment fees, or other charges authorized under these Terms.

Members are responsible for maintaining an active and valid payment method on file at all times.

Membership pricing, benefits, included services, and promotional terms are subject to the terms presented at the time of enrollment.

2. Membership Cancellation — 60-Day Notice

Unless a different cancellation provision was expressly agreed to in writing at the time of enrollment, Membership cancellation requires 60 days’ notice.

Cancellation requests must be submitted directly to the Studio by emailing: invertyourworldstudio@gmail.com

The cancellation notice period begins when the Studio receives the cancellation request.

Cancellation requests are not considered effective until received and acknowledged by the Studio. Members are responsible for continuing to meet all Membership obligations, including applicable Membership dues, during the required notice period.

Cancellation requests received after the 7th calendar day of a month will be processed for the following billing cycle/month.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically stop a pending or scheduled payment if that payment falls within the applicable notice period.

3. “Click to Cancel” / Mindbody Cancellation

If a Member elects to use the “Click to Cancel” functionality available through the Mindbody platform or another third-party platform, the Member acknowledges that the cancellation will be governed by the applicable cancellation terms presented through that platform at the time of cancellation.

Where the Mindbody “Click to Cancel” process provides for completion of a current Membership commitment or contract term, the Member remains responsible for fulfilling that commitment.

Use of the “Click to Cancel” feature does not supersede, modify, or waive any existing contractual obligations unless the cancellation confirmation expressly states otherwise.

Members are encouraged to contact the Studio directly with any questions regarding their cancellation date or remaining Membership obligation.

4. Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

IYW maintains a 6-hour cancellation window for scheduled classes.

Members must cancel a class reservation at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a late-cancellation charge.

A $7 late-cancellation fee will apply when:

  • A Member cancels a class reservation less than 6 hours before the scheduled class start time; or
  • A Member fails to attend a class for which they are registered (“no-show”).

The $7 fee will be charged to the valid payment method on file.

Late-cancellation fees are separate from Membership dues and are not waived simply because the Member is unable to attend the class.

In the event of repeated late cancellations or no-shows, IYW reserves the right to take additional action, including suspension or restriction of booking privileges, at the Studio’s discretion.

5. Payment Method / Card on File

Members are required to maintain a current, valid payment method on file throughout the duration of their Membership.

If a card or other payment method on file expires, is declined, is canceled, is replaced, or otherwise becomes invalid, the Member is responsible for promptly updating their payment information with the Studio.

Payment information may be updated:

  • In person with the IYW front desk; or
  • By contacting the Studio by phone.

If a valid payment method is not maintained, IYW reserves the right to temporarily suspend or deny access to the Studio, classes, Membership benefits, and/or reservations until the Member’s payment method is successfully updated and any outstanding balance is resolved.

Suspension or denial of access due to an invalid or declined payment method does not automatically terminate the Membership or relieve the Member of applicable Membership obligations.

Any outstanding balance may be required to be paid before access to Membership benefits is restored.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a recurring Membership payment fails, IYW may attempt to process the payment again using the payment method on file or request an updated payment method from the Member.

Members remain responsible for all valid Membership charges incurred during the period in which their Membership remains active, regardless of whether a payment is successfully processed on the original billing date.

IYW reserves the right to suspend Membership access if an account has an outstanding balance.

7. Duplicate Memberships / Duplicate Charges

Members are responsible for reviewing their account and Membership enrollment information and notifying the Studio if they believe they have duplicate Memberships or duplicate charges.

Requests regarding duplicate Memberships or duplicate charges must be submitted directly to the Studio by email.

Eligible refunds or returns for duplicate accounts may be processed for up to 90 days from the date of the duplicate charge, subject to review and approval by IYW.

After 90 days, duplicate charges may, at the Studio’s discretion, be issued as Studio Credit rather than a monetary refund. Studio Credit may be issued in an amount equivalent to the applicable drop-in class rate and may be subject to the Studio’s current expiration and redemption policies.

8. Membership Access & Studio Policies

Membership access is subject to compliance with these Terms as well as all applicable Studio policies, reservation requirements, class rules, safety guidelines, and community standards.

IYW reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the Studio or Membership benefits for failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Unpaid or delinquent balances;
  • Invalid or expired payment methods;
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows;
  • Misuse of Membership benefits;
  • Violation of Studio policies;
  • Inappropriate, disruptive, threatening, or unsafe conduct; or
  • Other conduct that, in the Studio’s reasonable judgment, negatively impacts the safety or experience of the IYW community.

9. Changes to Membership Terms & Studio Policies

IYW reserves the right to modify its Membership Terms, policies, pricing, fees, class schedules, and Membership benefits from time to time.

Material changes to Membership terms will be communicated to Members through reasonable means, including email, the Studio’s website, Member communications, or in-studio notices.

Continued use of Membership benefits following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Cancellation Does Not Excuse Outstanding Obligations

Cancellation of a Membership does not eliminate any balance, fees, late-cancellation charges, or other obligations incurred before the effective cancellation date.

Any outstanding balance remains the Member’s responsibility and may be subject to collection or other remedies available to the Studio under applicable law.

11. Member Responsibility

Members are responsible for reviewing their Membership details, billing information, reservations, cancellation dates, and account activity.

If a Member believes there is an error with their account or billing, they should contact the Studio promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

IYW is committed to working with Members in good faith and values communication, feedback, and transparency as part of creating the best possible Member experience.

12. Account Freeze

Invert Your World charges a freeze fee of $30 per month at the start of each applicable month of your freeze.

An account freeze can take place for up to 3 months at a time and may be applied once per calendar year.

A retroactive freeze cannot be honored. Please contact the studio by email for more details or to request a freeze.

Please contact the studio by email for more details or to request a freeze.

13. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By purchasing or continuing an IYW Membership, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions.

These Terms, together with any applicable Membership agreement, enrollment terms, promotional terms, and Studio policies, constitute the agreement governing the Member’s use of their Membership.
