Experience the traditions of the Ashtanga Primary Series with a little extra flare!
FLOW
Lose yourself in the music and the movements in this invigorating vinyasa style practice. This class will challenge both mind and body with fluid vinyasa sequencing and optional releases to freely “Flow” through. We use these short sequences to work into a few peak postures later in class. Great practice for advancing your asana practice!
VINYASA
This vinyasa style class is designed to educate and expand your practice, a great stepping stone before moving into Journey. You will be lead through a fully guided format with dynamic sequencing, while linking breath to movement. Appropriate for all levels.
SLOW FLOW
Roll out your mat for a very intentional and grounded yoga practice. You’ll work with a slower breath at a mindful pace, allowing you time to align and sink into sensation. This class is great for all levels.
YIN YOGA
This class is truly a moving meditation. Relax your mind as your body releases into grounded, longer held yin-style yoga stretches. You’ll counter your yin practice with a few restorative postures. Great for all levels.

Tap into the incredible benefits of interval work and get your recovery in real time! In this class we have 3 segments of HIIT work coupled with thoughtful yoga sequences that help to stretch and reset your breath and body.
YOGA SCULPT
A true fusion of yoga and fitness. This total body class is geared to be a dynamic, heart pumping celebration for both body and soul. Grab a light set of hand weights and get ready to sweat.
BARRE FUSION
Fluidity meets function in this Pilates-centered class. We blend ballet style movements with thoughtful yoga stretches to help balance your workout. Equipment for this total body class include light hand weights, resistance bands, Pilates balls, and gliding discs.
PILATES SCULPT
A dynamic total body class geared to trigger each muscle throughout the body. With low impact movements and a focus on core muscles you’ll build postural awareness, stability and move from a place of confidence and control. No matter your level of experience this is a great class to incorporate to your weekly schedule!
